The Consciousness and Experiential Psychology Section of the British Psychological Society is hosting its Annual Conference, “Nature and Human Nature,” Sept. 10-12, 2010, St Anne’s College, Oxford
Here is the Call for Papers for our 2010 Annual Conference. Paper submission is now closed and conference registration is open. Please note that the early bird registration deadline is the 21st July. Speakers will include:
David Abram, cultural ecologist, philosopher, and founder and creative director of the Alliance for Wild Ethics.
Matthijs Cornelissen, physician, psychologist, and founder of the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Consciousness Studies
Peter Fenwick, neuropsychiatrist, neurophysiologist and Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at the Radcliffe Infirmary Oxford and Honorary Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologist at Broadmoor Hospital
In addition to the usual conference which runs from 5pm on Friday until 5pm on Sunday there will also be a pre-conference workshop with extended sessions by two of our keynote speakers (David Abram & Matthijs Cornelissen) starting at 9.30am (registration from 9am) on Friday.
