U.S. needs ‘sincere partner’ for peace

THE United States has decided to place more sanctions on Iran, accusing it of rampant human rights violations. It cites repression of the Iranian opposition, with specific charges being levied against government officials.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said, “Citizens have been arbitrarily beaten, tortured, raped, blackmailed and killed.”
