Peace is possible. It begins at the table, not with saber-rattling and threat of nuclear war. Saying that the situation is hopeless helps no one. No amount of bombs will change this situation. Power only breeds the need for more power, and so we find ourselves in a predicament, a stalemate in the Middle East: give peace a chance, I say, again and again until it becomes reality, and before we commit ourselves to another unwinnable war.
