Colombia Peace Talks to Start Nov. 19 in Cuba | WSJ.com

BOGOTA—The Colombian government and the most powerful insurgency group in the country are set to restart peace negotiations in Cuba Nov. 19 in a bid to end half a century of bloody conflict.

The new start date, which initially had been set for Nov. 15, is considered a minor delay for a process that is expected to last months.
