A literal Green Line | The Stream – Al Jazeera English

All That’s Left‘, a new Israeli anti-occupation collective, painted a literal Green Line in Jerusalem on Wednesday; the anniversary of the start of the 1967 Six Day War. The Green Line, a demarcation line found only on maps, is used to show the division between Israel and the occupied territories. The group’s reasoning for the visualization was to remind Israelis that Palestinians are ‘living under non-democratic, military rule’ and that the gradual erasure of the Green Line is ‘wrong and dangerous.’
