Peace walker to start 117-day journey today | nation.com.pk

Kharlzada Kasrat Rai, who twice staged the longest peace walks in the world, has announced to march from Karachi Press Club to Makkah, Saudi Arabia on foot for promotion of global peace from Friday (today).

Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club on Thursday, Kharlzada Kasrat Rai said that cause of his peace march was to reduce the aggression and violence, equilibrium in powers between nations.

Social activist Faisal Edhi, civil society activist Bilquis Rehman of HANDS and other political workers and social were present along with the peace walker’s press conference.
