U.N. chemical weapons investigators headed to Syria | UPI.com

A U.N. mission investigating the use of chemical weapons in Syria arrived Tuesday in Beirut on its way to Syria, the Lebanese government said.

Lebanon’s official National News Agency reports U.N. High Representative for Disarmament Affairs Angela Kane arrived Tuesday in Beirut with Ake Sellstrom, a former U.N. weapons inspector in Iraq and head of a fact-finding mission investigating the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria.
