Mission

To act as a vehicle in aiding all the chapters of, Veterans for Peace, by providing processes/activities and support that they can use to help the homeless veterans and their families in their area. Our group will be the repository for various proven ways for helping the homeless as well as pointing out some of the barriers to avoid.

Best Practices

The Homeless Veterans Working Group has compiled a listing of Best Practices, which have been successfully implemented by chapters throughout the nation. These best practices are intended to help guide other chapters in initiating projects within their own communities to battle the ongoing struggles of homeless veterans. For more information, please contact the working group coordinator.
